response to initial 60

In response to my initial 60 designs, I decided to experiment with some fabrics. Although I plan on having non-make outcomes, I thought that it would be useful and helpful to experiment with different fabrics for a better understanding of the garments I'm designing.

Using an old pair of leggings I found, I took some scissors to it to create holes similar to those in some of my designs. Cutting the tights at a different angle created different shapes for cleaner ovals or shapes with more rugged edges. The fabric of the tights kept very well without laddering despite the angle the fabric was cut at.
